Waitlist Application

Before submitting an application, be sure to read about the waitlist process and wait times for swim privileges. Then complete this form and submit the non-refundable $50 application fee to join the waitlist at Merrimack Pool.

After submitting your application, login to your account to add immediate family members residing in your household and be sure each adult has personal contact information, photos for all account members, and an emergency contact who is not an account member. Add [email protected] to your contacts/safe senders to receive pool communications. It is important that you keep your account up-to-date–if you move be sure to let us know as this is one of the fields that you cannot update.

If you receive a message that your email is invalid or already in the system, this usually means that you have applied to another community pool that uses the same software. To apply at Merrimack if you have gmail, you will need to use an “alias”. Add a period (.) somewhere in the address before the @ sign. Gmail doesn’t recognize the period before the @ sign and you will receive messages but the pool software will consider it a unique address so that you can complete the application. You may also use a different email address to apply.

I agree to be responsible for full and timely payment of the equity fee when offered membership (currently $2500, subject to change), annual dues, and any assessments established by the Board of Directors. I further agree that if offered a membership, I will either pay the then-official fee, or I will withdraw my application. I understand that offers of swim privileges and other pool communications are sent by email so I will be responsible for keeping my contact information up-to-date. Accounts will be closed if offers for swim privileges are not responded to by registering. I affirm that only immediate family members residing in our household will be listed on the account.
