All account members and guests are required to check in at the front desk. Please make sure that your account profile includes headshot photos for all active registered family members and caregivers. Personal contact information should be listed for each adult account member and be sure to add [email protected] to your Contacts/Safe Senders so that you receive pool communications. It’s also a good time to check your guest pass balance and purchase more online, if needed, because payments are not taken at the pool. Add [email protected] to your contacts to receive pool communications. We are often asked why the schedule changes in Early and Late Summer. The hours are based on when Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) are in session. Many lifeguards return to college and high school around this date so the pool is unable to staff the hours more fully.

 

SWIM LESSONS

Note on private swimming lessons in lap lanes: As before, we will allow instructors to conduct private lessons in a vacant lap lane, if one is available. However, lap lane swimmers who wish to use the lap lanes have priority over swimming instruction, and they should request that an instructor move the lesson to the open water area of the pool. All swim instructors know this; all you need to do is ask the instructor to move the lesson. But you do need to ask.
