Annual Meeting for Equity Members

The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held Monday, July 13 from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Bannockburn Community Clubhouse, 6314 Bannockburn Drive*. Attendance is limited to Equity Members.

Dinner will be provided, compliments of the pool, to each account holder and one other adult. An RSVP will be provided for reserving a dinner entrée.

We encourage you to join us so there is a quorum to approve the operating budget, elect Board members, and conduct other pool business. There are a few formalities, but most of the meeting is member discussion. We want to hear from you about your ideas for making Merrimack more enjoyable for its members.

Merrimack Pool will remain open with regular Monday hours until 9:00pm (Transition Pool closes at 7:00pm).

* The driveway entrance to the clubhouse is physically located on Laverock Lane. There is parking for about 30 cars at the clubhouse, and there is street parking surrounding it.
