SHAREHOLDER MEMBERSHIPS INFORMATION

Merrimack Park Recreation Association (MPRA) is a 300-family shareholder owned cooperative club, governed by these bylaws. Click here to download a pdf of the bylaws.

If you would like to become an MPRA shareholder, please add your name to the Shareholder Waiting List via email request to mahaffie.pool@verizon.net. Permanent Membership Shares cost $1,600 plus a $50 transfer fee. Owning a share guarantees your swimming privileges every year. You will pay an annual summer membership fee, which is set by the board of directors at a discounted rate.

Shareholder Summer Membership fees are due by May 1, 2010.

The value of an MPRA share remains constant. When and if a member wishes to redeem their share, there is an appropriate procedure outlined in the bylaws. Please note that an MPRA share is an asset separate from one's home.
